Since 2006, the Moscow State University of Design and Technology has been Russia's exclusive and official representative of the world's first school of design, ESMOD INTERNATIONAL FASHION UNIVERSITY GROUP.

The ESMOD MOSCOU International School of Design offers an educational programme for a

"MASTER OF ARTS: FASHION & MARKETING"

Start date - January 16, 2012.

Objective of the programme:

Training of professionals in effective planning and management of business processes and organisations in the fashion industry.

The learning programme includes the following blocks:

•  Fashion industry
•  From conception to implementation
•  Marketing and merchandising in the fashion industry
•  Management in the fashion industry

The teaching staff consists of teachers from MSUDT and other institutions of higher education in Moscow, who have scientific degrees and regularly undergo training and internships in France famous couturiers and designers, leading professionals in the fashion industry from France and Russia.

The educational process is under the constant supervision of the management and teaching staff from the ESMOD PARIS International School of Design and also includes active participation from professionals from the Valentin Yudashkin Fashion House.

After successful completion of the training, the graduates will be presented with:

• ESMOD INTERNATIONAL'S "MASTER OF ARTS IN FASHION & MARKETING"
• diploma of professional, state-recognized retraining in "ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT"

Graduates will work as:

• managers of domestic and foreign companies in the fashion industry
• public relations managers
• brand managers of trading companies
• upper management of stores, boutiques, and fashion houses
• merchandisers
• experts in corporate policy and strategy
• experts in developing collection concepts
• experts in organizing presentations, exhibitions, and displays

The training programme takes 1 calendar year, 4 days a week from 18:30 to 21:30.

Requirements for applicants: specialized secondary, higher, or pending higher education (not less than three full-time courses or four evening courses), knowledge of French and/or English is welcome.

Cost of the training: 216,000 roubles for the entire term.

Payment may be varied:

• One-time payment in full
• Two equal payments during the course of the training
• Four equal payments during the course of the training

Students of the programme may do the following for free:

• enjoy a week-long internship at the ESMOD PARIS International School of Design
• study French during the entire course of the training
